Once baby girl grew out of her infant tub, I went looking for something I could put her in while I bathed her in the big tub. This was perfect. I love that it has a slight recline to it and is mesh. Plus, it’s not too big.

Best baby bath!
Economical, space saving, easy to use & easy to clean! I’ve had all sorts of bathing products, HARD SIDED INFANT TUBS(wet soapy babies are slippery & you can easily bump their head on these), SOFT SIDED BLOW UP TUBS(sounds great but mildew & mold can get in the creases, yuck), THE YELLOW TEDDY BEAR SPONGE(mold & mildew also! plus they retain an insane amount of water, ever smell an old kitchen sponge?, need I say more)
The bath sling dries fast & takes up very little space, just hang it over the shower curtain or on a towel bar. It’s also comfy & hammock like.

I bought this so I could bathe my 5 month son at the same time as my toddler. In theory this sling is great (and I wish I would have bought it months ago) but my baby is big 85th percentile (17 lbs, 24 inches) and the sling is a little short for him.

I love this placemat for my daughter. We use it with the Chicco hook-on highchair (also bought on Amazon). I love it because the Chicco chair has some space between where the child sits and the table – unlike a highchair situation where you can bump the tray closer to the child. This catches a fair amount of food and liquids and cleans easily. It’s a very flexible rubbery material that could easily roll up and be stored in a large zip top bag for travel. We love this and use it almost daily… especially when dinner is a messy food.

Pros: Surface is suitably large, is thick enough to protect the table top and wipes clean easily, except for staining (see below).
Cons: (1) The suction cups are a joke! My 11mo old son easily pulls the mat away from the table. I wish I had paid more attention to the other reviews about the suction cups not working. They don’t. I am now putting big binder clips on the two sides to the table but my son still grabs the placemat. (2) The mat stains easily. It now looks dirty all the time due to an orange stain from sweet potato and to black newspaper ink, which wouldn’t come off with water or solvent. I only had this mat for a week. Disappointing.
Neutral: The tray. So far it doesn’t seem to add value or function but nor is it in the way.

This is a great placemat. Hubby and I love taking our son out to dinner and this placemat goes with us everytime. It really does stick to the table like it says it does and it’s hard for our very rambunctious son to pull off the table. It washes easy and folds up nicely for easy toting. Definitely recommend this product!

This placemat was great, we took it everywhere with us to feed our daughter in restaurants. It avoided having her bang on a plate or eat off of the table. Also, there was a lot less mess in restaurants due to the pocket that catches food. It was easy to clean in the sink when we came home.

I first saw this product at a neighbors house and thought it could be a good idea. And it really is! It is very easy to store, clean, and collects all the “debris” generated during our baby’s meal. It also protects the table against scratches made from those portable baby chairs. We end up buying a couple more for our nephew and friend’s babies. Combine it with the bib Summer Infant Bibbity, Pinkand make it a nice (and inexpensive) gift.

Our not 3 1/2 month old daughter was born a month early. While she was in the hospital she had stopped breathing one time while I was feeding her- that was enough to scare me to death! Since she came home she has been sleeping in a bassinet next to our bed and I wake up several times a night to check to make sure she’s breathing. I found this online and my husband agreed that we should get it to move her into her crib. It came in the mail and everything works great except the base for the “parent” portion didn’t work. We called customer service and they immediatly sent out a whole new “parent” receiver. AMAZING! I have suggested this to everyone I know that is going to be or has recently had a baby. I couldn’t live without it!
– One side note- the temp. setting isn’t exact and can be off if you have a fan going (we have a ceiling fan). We set our to 65-81 and it was going off alot- we had to change it to 61-83 and now it’s fine.

Our son slept in a crib in our room for the first three months of his life. At that point we decided he needed to move to his own room. We wanted the piece of mind that he was safe in his own room (right next door) and other monitors just didn’t give us that. SIDS is constantly a fear. A friend recommended this monitor. Yes, it is a bit pricey but absolutely worth every penny! The pendulum is nice, I can look at that and know he is okay instead of having to sneak into his room as often. The reception is great! When the windows are open, a barking dog outside our house was actually louder on the monitor than it was in our room (on the same side of the house as our sons)! We have had multiple false alarms but they are all due to him being off the sensor pad. If the sensor pad was bigger that would be nice but it is also somewhat reassuring when you have a false alarm- you know the product is actually working! Definatly the best purchase we have made for our son!
If I can reccommend another product in relation to the prevention of SIDS… We kept our sons crib completely empty of any blankets and even a bumper because of the risk of SIDS. Then as he got a little older he would roll around so much his poor little arms and legs would get stuck in the crib slats not to mention the many games of “find the binky on the floor” in the middle of the night because it rolled out of his crib. I started looking online and found this bumper. It really is breathable and keeps all his limbs, and binkys, in his crib. We rest so much better now at night knowing our son is breathing all the time and he isn’t in any pain because he got his limb stuck in a slot. I can’t recommend these two products enough!

This was the best money I’ve spent on baby gear! This monitor has given me such piece of mind, and I’ve been able to sleep so much better without feeling that I need to check on my baby all the time. It works really well and we’ve had no false alarms. The temperature reading also really helps you to know how to dress baby for bed. I can carry the receiver outside in the yard and across the street to the neighbors and the reception is great. I highly recommend this monitor!

I won’t deny this has given me a lot more peace of mind, I was neurotically checking on my son all the time to see if he was breathing. However, paying the extra for the thermostat etc sort of bums me out — the temperature gauge is definitely off (I’ve checked it against another thermometer). Also, the whole system seems glitchy. The sensor will all of a sudden start going off all the time even when my son hasn’t moved off the sensor, he’s still breathing, nothing is changed– it’s like it just goes nuts occasionally. And, sometimes the receivers show that the temperature in the room has jumped up to 78 degrees when that DEFINITELY is not the case. The glitchy electronics make me feel less secure that the product is truly working the way its supposed to, so my peace of mind is diminished. I would buy this again but would buy the lower end version. It appears the Amazon price is far superior to the standard Babies R Us price, so that’s a big “pro”.

I us a baby food mill and the consistency that it grinds the cooked food into is too chunky for the tiny hole in the spoon. It is a tiny hole. If you plan on only feeding finely pureed mush to your baby for several months on end, this might work. MIGHT. Really tho, the hole is so small that getting even mush through it smoothly enough so that it flows into the spoon instead of shooting out of it at high velocity.
In other words… It’s a yuppy toy that doesn’t quite hit the mark when it comes to taking a good concept and fleshing it out into a usable product.

Bought this for my 5 month old grandson and his mom and dad. Don’t know who loves it more !?! He was having trouble eating from a regular baby spoon but is doing awesome with the “squirt spoon”. Plus, there’s no waiting to go for the next bite. We will be buying a couple more!

I love the product but it will take you a time or two to learn how to use it without getting food splattered all over your babies face. You will need to shake the food down about every bite to get rid of any air bubbles or food is going to splatter all over your babies face! It was kinda funny the first time it happened. This probably happens more with cereal added but I usually add cereal to his meals now. 😉
Also, I find that putting the rice cereal in the spoon dry is a good way to carry it when your out so all you will have to add is formula from the bottle (and food if you wish) and you must bring another spoon with you so you can stir it.
Also, for some reason, they decided to make a cover for the top of the spoon only and its kind of hard to snap on.
I like the other reviewers idea of having the entire spoon clear so you can see how much food is left.

This is one of the best devices a new parent should have. Its hard to expalin but the feeling of having your child not breathing and you not knowing about it is the worst feeling ever. I would litterally stand by my daughters crib sometimes and touch her body to see if she was fine. When we got this device I have been much better sleeping at nights and also we can carry the remote controls with us around the house, to the patio and so on. I would recommend for a small price to pay for a peace of mind for yor baby.

I love this monitor! It works great and provides my husband and I with much needed peace of mind! The one setback I have noticed is that the sound cuts out for a breif moment and comes back on in a few seconds. This is why I only gave it 4 stars because other than that it works great.

SIDS isn’t the only thing that this movement monitor can prevent. When our son was about three months old, the alarm went off at 2:00 AM. My husband and I rushed to our baby and found that he was limp and wasn’t breathing, even with the alarm blaring next to him. Terrified, I put my hand on his chest and jostled him a little, and he started to breath again. (Thank goodness we didn’t have to resort to CPR.) After that our pediatrician monitored our son for a 24-hour period and diagnosed him with reflux apnea. (He did – and still does – have a real problem with reflux.) Needless to say, I can’t say enough good things about this product. Thank you, Anglecare/BebeSounds for saving our precious baby!

Me and my wife purchased this item because our new born baby would not sleep on her back at all and were worried about all of the statistics about putting your baby on there bellies, but that was the only way she would sleep. Now she is almost 5 months and doing great and we are still using the monitor and could not be more pleased! We would recommend this monitor to anyone that is even remotely thinking about buying one. This one is the best and we have tried others none of them even compare!

I have not used the product yet, as I am not due until December. But it came in a timely manner and I tried it out and it works great! I had a friend use these monitors/sensory pad etc and she Loved them! Hope I will too!
